We provide digital marketing services including, but not limited to:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Digital Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
All services will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement and commence upon mutual approval and payment.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information, access, and approvals required for service delivery.
- Adhere to agreed timelines for feedback and payments.
- Comply with all applicable digital advertising policies and platform guidelines.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of service.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all original work created for the client (excluding stock content or platform-owned media) becomes the property of the client.
- Optinectics retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, or business data shared during the course of the project.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Fees for completed work will be invoiced and due immediately. Monthly services require at least 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
7. Limitation of Liability
Optinectics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Results from digital marketing efforts vary and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
